Donald J. Trump is the New winner of the 2024 U.S. presidential election according to multiple news sources In The US. At the Age of 78, Donald Trump has made history as  the first convicted criminal to win the U.S. presidency. His election has raised concerns globally due to his unpredictable leadership and past connections with figures like Russia’s Vlad Putin and North Korea’s Kim Jong-un. Despite being labeled a threat to democracy by his opponent, Vice President Kamala Harris, and some former White House officials, American voters set these warnings aside, granting the former reality TV star and real estate mogul a second term in office.

Donald Trump has achieved a historic political comeback, gaining significant, potentially disruptive power domestically and internationally. Four years after departing Washington under a cloud for trying to overturn the 2020 election, Trump’s victory comes despite two impeachment trials, a criminal conviction, multiple charges, and even surviving two assassination attempts. His return to the presidency is poised to send shockwaves worldwide.

Trump emerged with a whooping 74,828,607 votes  and 312 electoral votes (50.4%) as compared to The  Democrat’s Kamala Harris’s 71,250,662 votes, 226 electoral votes and (47.9%). The number of electoral votes needed to win is 270 or more.

The victory attracted congratulatory messages from Notable world leaders to trump. including Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and French President Emmanuel Macron.

“We’ve been through so much together, and today you showed up in record numbers to deliver a victory,” Trump said. “This was something special and we’re going to pay you back,” he said.
